Under the slogan ONE for ALL, ALL for ONE 18 new BRP-Rotax apprentices participated in a team training in BWZ in Steyregg. The days together was a great success and was used to get to know each other better.

It is important that everyone finds their place within the team and builds confidence in the new colleagues. The apprentices experienced in various activities successful teamwork and also learned to overcome obstacles together.

To be best tuned for the next few years, they explored similarities and differences. They experienced the difference between cooperation and competition at work in exercises and learned how to recognize their own strengths and to use them for the best of the team.
