BRP-Rotax: When creative minds go on the water
BRP-Rotax awards innovative and creative ideas every year in an internal challenge. The winners receive an invitation for a special event: the destination this year was the island Krk in the picturesque Kvarner Bay.
This year again, there also was the Perfect Attendance Challenge – a competition that honors the perfect presence of employees within a year. So, 15 female and male employees each won in both competitions and were delighted, as a “thank you” for their commitment, to test the Sea-Doos powered by Rotax engines on the water.
On Friday, 6th September, the winners started with great anticipation to Croatia by bus. The expectant group was accompanied by management representatives: HR director Ralf Waibel and machining director Erwin Negeli.
Bright sunshine brought a very good mood, when the powersports vehicles hit the water the next day. With the Sea-Doos whizzing across the Croatian sea, all participants had an increased pulse rate and gained unforgettable experiences. In the evening, they reflected on their impressions in a relaxed atmosphere.
After this trip to the island Krk, everyone went back to Gunskirchen highly motivated to work healthy, fit and with great passion on the future innovations and improvements at BRP-Rotax.
