Head of HR Services & Payroll (m/f)

Assignments

  • Leading a team with four employees and responsibility for the operational process in the HR Services division including payroll accounting
  • Responsible for payroll accounting for our active employees, pensioners and sales companies in Europe
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Responsibility for personnel cost planning and personnel controlling
  • Competent contact person for all questions concerning payroll accounting, wage tax and social security within the HR organisation, to superiors and employees, works councils and external bodies.
  • Implementation of internal and external controls and audits according to SOX, FIC and PLB
  • Close cooperation with and interface to the finance, controlling and IT departments, participation in cross-departmental and international HR projects
  • Direct reporting to the Director Human Resources


Demands

  • Relevant business management training          
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting and personnel controlling
  • Experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, pronounced affinity for numbers and IT
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Cooperative, proactive leadership personality, process orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • High communication skills and distinctive social competence, change management
  • Independent work and flexibility

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,711.63 gross/month according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
