After a bumpy start of the racing season, the Joanneum Racing Graz team showed what they are capable of. And that in their first year in the electric class: With their JR22 they took first place in the overall electric classification at the FS Alpe Adria.

Last year - still with combustion engine - the Weasels had a great season and this year they showed the same motivation with their electrically driven vehicle.
Although it was not yet possible to take part in the race at the FS Netherlands at the beginning of July, the team from Graz nevertheless made it onto the podium. They achieved first place in Engineering Design and second place in Business Plan.

At the end of July they went to the Red Bull Ring for a home race. There they covered the first kilometers with their JR22 at Formula Student Austria. A great success for them. And it was enough for the stage: P1 in Business Plan, P2 in Engineering Design.

The last time the Grazers started this year was at the end of August in Croatia, at the FS Alpe Adria. And with success. The hard work had paid off. At the EV Endurance Final in a head-to-head race with TU Graz, the Weasels cross the finish line first and win the overall victory in the electric class.
