In the course of the “cultural hiking day” on the occasion of the first Upper Austrian “Children’s Song Day”, the pupils of the VS Gunskirchen visited us on May 17, 2019. The children presented the BRP-Rotax staff a small serenade with well-known traditional but also new children’s songs. Children’s songs are a life companion and are especially from the kindergarten and elementary school days indispensable. That’s why everyone at BRP-Rotax was very happy to listen to the songs and sing along.

The national day of the children’s songs was introduced by the Upper Austrian Landesmusikschulwerk and the Musikschule of Linz in cooperation with the Bildungsdirektion of the Nation, Direktion Gesellschaft, Social Affairs and Health – Child Care Group and the Chorverband. Children’s songs were celebrated for a whole day and hundreds of institutions – music schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, choirs and cultural initiatives – took part in this project.
