The Weasels presented new racing car jr17 with ROTAX-engine
On 28 April 2017, the racing team joanneum racing graz presented their new bolides - the jr17 to 300 guests. The racing car was designed and built by the students of FH Joanneum in Graz. It is powered by a Rotax 602 engine. Originally this is a sled engine, which was installed to the racing car with a turbo. The joanneum racing graz will achieve many successes in the Formula Student.
The Formula Student is an international design competition. This competition is not about driving the fastest racing car: endurance, design, the business plan and many other factors are included to the assessment criteria.
