"Teamswork“ KinderUni visiting the RIC and BRP-Rotax apprenticeshop

Everything is more fun in a team: On June, 9th 2019 eleven youngstars of KinderUni Wels visited the RIC and BRP-Rotax apprenticeshop and were able to gain new experiences in moving an industrial robot, operating a 3D and laser printer. Also, a pit stop on an original racing kart was simulated and first racing experiences on the kart simulator were collected.

The KinderUni acitivites have existed in Upper Austria since 2004 and take place in six different locations. The common motto of all events is: frage.forschen.wissenwollen (asking.researching.wanttoknow).

At KinderUni Upper Austria, the thirst for knowledge and the spirit of research are in the focus. The young people take part in age-appropriate lectures, seminars, workshops or excursions and thus become young researchers themselves. At the end of each KinderUni, the achievements are rewarded with a diploma at a final ceremony.
