On December 7, 2016, Lukas Scherzenlehner (Managing Director of CLEEN ENERGY GMBH) and Martin Großbichler (Consultant of CLEEN ENERGY GMBH) handed over the CLEEN ENERGY certificate to the BRP-Rotax CSR team and the BRP-Rotax works council for their measures in energy efficiency.

Through the works council's campaign "Light and Water", employees were able to purchase LED lamps at special prices and exchange their conventional light bulbs for LEDs at home. In addition, they got a free water-saving set. Thanks to the commitment of the BRP-Rotax works council and the environmentally conscious BRP-Rotax employees, 78.656 kWh of electricity is saved annually by private households.
