Those who produce for the global market are in constant competition and must not only maintain quality at a high level, but continuously improve it. At BRP-Rotax, there is an internal competition for the most creative and innovative ideas. The winners of 2022 were on a trip to Croatia from May 5 to 7.

With a lot of passion and innovative spirit, the engines for the power sports vehicles are constantly improved and developed. BRP-Rotax is pleased that the employees are highly motivated and continuously contribute suggestions for improvement. These ideas are immediately implemented in the company and the most creative minds can look forward to a trip once a year as a thank you and further incentive for their commitment.

In imperial weather, we set off by bus on May 5. Lunch in the old town of Lublijana and a leisurely stroll through the city were a welcome change on the journey.

Arriving on the island of Krk, the group was already greeted by BRP vehicles – a number of Can-Am ATVs and SSVs were parked in the hotel's courtyard.
Saturday was all about experiencing Can-Am ATVs and SSVs up close and diving into the BRP adventure. Following in the footsteps of Winnetou, we went through dust, mud, stick and stone, steep uphill and downhill into the mountain world of Croatia.  Covered in mud and dust – fortified with suckling pig – and full of passion and enthusiasm for our products, everyone arrived safely at their destination.
