New record at the apprenticeshop - 500 days without any accident
Gunskirchen, September 8, 2017 - 500 days without any work accident! 80 BRP-Rotax apprentices celebrated this record together with their trainerteam.
The employees’ safety is a particular request at BRP-Rotax, so the apprentices are well trained in safety regulations and the young people are taught the necessary tools to work efficiently and without risk.
The siren shrills at the apprenticeshop. All apprentices are fully concentrated. Now it gets tricky and all their attention is required. The security siren is just one of numerous measures that have contributed to the record. Modern machines are used to train the young women and men and a lot of tipps for practice are provided to them. The first step to accident-free working is a good organization - the workplace should be clean and tidy. Problem solving sheets and safety RVVS (Rotax Improvement Suggestion System) are conveyed in exactly the same way as accident causes.
Congratulations to the apprentices for 500 days without an accident!
Together with Thomas Uhr, General Manager BRP-Rotax, and all trainers 500 days without any work accident were celebrated at the company restaurant by enjoying a tasty breakfast. The apprentices agreed that they would continue to expand this record and therefore continue to focus on the topic of work safety in the future.
BRP-Rotax apprentices receive a practice-oriented apprenticeship in the departments of aircraft, metal technology, process technology, automotive engineering and mechatronics.
