Gunskirchen, April 04, 2022 - From mid-February to mid-March 2022, all new employees who started their career at BRP-Rotax in 2020 and 2021 had the opportunity to participate in the Newbie Breakfast in the Rotax MAX Dome. After a short warm-up and a round of getting to know each other, the workshop started directly. After that it was: On your marks, get set, go, on the Rotax MAX Dome race track!

The first part of the workshop was dedicated to the topic "BRP-Rotax through my eyes". The goal was to work out in groups what employees hear internally and externally about BRP-Rotax, what they see, what they feel, what they wish for and what motivates them.

In the second half, the workshop focused on the onboarding program at BRP-Rotax. The joint discussions revealed what is already working well and where there is room for improvement.

The grand finale of the event was the joint e-karting session. Like real racing drivers, the new employees set top lap times and together felt the adrenaline and power that BRP-Rotax products make possible.

In the future, the Newbie Breakfast will take place two to three times a year to exchange ideas, to give feedback, to build networks and to experience products together.
