Today is the day: our new trainees start their future at BRP-Rotax with drive. Because they are motivated to make the hearts of our customers faster together with us and embark on a journey through the world of power sports in different apprenticeships. The 19 new apprentices including 17 technicians start their apprenticeship as automotive technicians, metal technicians, process technicians, mechatronics engineers, information technologist and industrial clerk.

The company is particularly pleased that also this year a high percentage, to be precise 21%, of women start a technical apprenticeship with us. This development is a success and a confirmation for BRP-Rotax, because the increasing number of young women with interest in technical professions shows that the diverse range of training on offer is in tune with the time.

Just as our ultra-modern and innovative apprenticeship workshop, which is state of the art technology. Our new apprentices also have the opportunity to develop in an optimal way and master their apprenticeship in a technical profession. In addition to the regular training, during their apprenticeship the teenagers absolve special teaching plus modules, where the focus is on personal development. This includes for example outdoortrainings, apprentice exchange programs with partner companies at home and abroad, labor law training, first aider training, driver safety training and tuition seminars.

At the end of the first year of apprenticeship our new apprentices will have the Matura basic modules in their pockets. But not only that, whoever wishes to do so will also be supported to complete the entire Matura.
