In September, 16 apprentices – including 7 future female technicians – are starting their career at BRP-Rotax.

The new BRP-Rotax apprentices are full of energy and are looking forward to the practice-oriented vocational training in the areas of aircraft-, metal-, process- and automotive-technology as well as mechatronics.

Especially, we are pleased that this year 44% of the technical apprentices at BRP-Rotax are women. This development is a success and a confirmation for the company. The increasing number of young women interested in technical professions shows that BRP-Rotax is on the right track with its diverse range of apprenticeships.

The state-of-the-art apprentice workshop offers the apprentices optimal conditions for starting their technical careers. In addition to regular training, the young people complete special apprenticeship^plus modules which focus on personal development. These include outdoor training, apprentice exchange programs with partner companies in Austria and abroad, labor law training, first-aid training, driver safety training and apprenticeship pay seminars.

The BRP-Rotax apprentices have already achieved outstanding efforts year after year. These achievements build the foundation for BRP-Rotax’s successful future.

The young talents complete their apprenticeship with A-levels in English. Those who would like to combine teaching with the entire A-levels are also supported by the company.
