"Apprentice training has been a high priority at BRP-Rotax for more than 55 years. What was true in the past is even more true in the current times: the young talents of today are our key employees of tomorrow," says Wolfgang Rapberger GM BRP-Rotax / Representative of the Management Board. "With programs such as Power Girls and Girls Day, we also want to further increase the number of young women with an interest in technical professions. We are particularly proud that this year almost half of our technical apprenticeships are filled by young women. This shows us that we are on the right track with our diverse range of apprenticeships."
