Our employees are constantly driving innovations for drive models in the leisure and power sports sector. We bring four to six new inventions to the market every year, which in turn result in an average of eight patents. To showcase the knowledge, work and creativity of our engineers and pay tribute to them, we have created a Wall of Fame with the most important patents in the company's history to mark our 100th anniversary in 2020. On this wall, 200 patents from around 80 different inventions have already been skilfully showcased – and the number is growing all the time.

28 new patents in the last two years

Today, two years after the opening of the Wall of Fame, Rotax is updating the overview of the company's internal patents: 28 more patents will be added to the Wall of Fame and ceremoniously presented by the BRP-Rotax management. These include, for example, new drive systems for aircraft propellers, innovative exhaust gas turbochargers or intelligent control of CVT transmissions.

The presentation will be rounded off with a subsequent get-together at the historic engine exhibition for networking and exchange of ideas – whether this will already be the prelude for new innovations? We will see in the coming years on the Wall of Fame!
