Due to the efforts in the interests of the employees, BRP-Rotax received a certificate for its family and employee-friendly corporate culture as part of the “Felix Familia” state family award 2020.

Since achieving a work-life-balance plays an important role at BRP-Rotax, we offer our employees a variety of individual part-time models that can be adapted to the corresponding phases of life and needs. A very popular offer that is increasingly becoming apparent among male colleagues is the use of the so-called “Papamonat” as well as the various parental leave models. When a child is born, the Rotax employees are surprised with a Rotax Baby Body. Especially popular is the offer for the use of our company’s own fitness center by the whole family. BRP-Rotax also offers holiday jobs and internships for employeey’s children as well as various family events. A new highlight is the internal summer holiday child care, which was first held in summer 2019 and was totally successful.
