At the "WKO Lehrlingsaward 2018" at the Design CenterLinz , the best junior employees of the Upper Austrian industry were again awarded.

16 BRP-Rotax apprentices and ten guest apprentices (§30BAG) took part in the category "Industry". Nine of them achieved good results and were therefore able to attend the ceremony in Linz.

All apprentices of the Upper Austrian industry can participate in the competition. There are two categories, one for technical and one for commercial apprentices. The apprentice competition is a good gauge to check if the taken direction in the career choise is right because the apprentices measure each other at about half time of their education. The competition has a number of tasks. The execution is evaluated by experienced instructors.
