BRP-Rotax apprentices gained international work experience at this year's exchange program. Five apprentices had the opportunity to become more familiar with work routine outside their local apprentice shop during their stay in Munich (Germany) and Rovaniemi (Finland).

Part of the exchange program at MTU Aero Engines in Munich and BRP Rovaniemi was in addition to the professional training, the cultural and personal development. In addition to working on Rotax engines and test benches the international environment with motivated young people from Germany, England, Finland and Austria provided a great opportunity for our apprentices to put their acquired English skills into practice.
