Aircraft engine used for a espresso machine

Jubiläumsmotor

The brilliant idea to build a espresso machine from an aircraft engine: 915 iS Limited Edition (anniversary engine) came from the Aircraft Sales department in cooperation with Aircraft R&D. This idea was implemented in the course of the company’s 100th anniversary. Since then, it has been the star in the reception area of BRP-Rotax in Gunskirchen and is still waiting for its first appearance on the next trade fair. It not only makes the heart of an aircraft fan beat faster, but also that of a real coffee-lover.

100 years of company history means 100 years of experience, innovation and reliability. BRP-Rotax has a solution for all challenges. This also applies to the challenge of developing a top espresso machine. Looking for a suitable partner that is an expert in coffee machines, the Italian espresso machine specialist "Rocket" was found. Of course, it was a premiere for Rocket too to developing a espresso machine from an aircraft engine.

After six months the time had finally come. The 915 iS Limited Edition aircraft engine has become a premium espresso machine that reflects the passion of the developers and delivers a performance that matches the company's products. The portafilter machine is an espresso expert with a passion for technology. Milk foamer, external coffee grinder and a water tank enable flexibility for the most popular coffee drinks in the world. A specially designed transport box guarantees mobility. This makes the machine well equipped for events and trade fairs.

There are already some potential buyers for the "Limited Edition Espresso Machine" from all over the world. The feedback of the distribution partners is also very good. Information about the purchase can be gathered from the responsible distribution partner in the respective region.
