Requirements

  • Established higher education or study
  • At least 5 years of professional experience; ideally in an international industrial company or a personnel consultancy
  • Experience in personnel marketing, active sourcing and gaining talent through all recruiting channels
  • Routine handling of social media and modern recuiting technologies
  • Leadership skills and responsibility
  • Persuasiveness and bargaining power in German and English

The minimum salary for this position in accordance with the very attractive Collective Agreement for the metal industry is EUR 3,301.13 gross/month. Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and experience.
