BRP to expand its Austrian facilities
Gunskirchen, Austria, December 6, 2006 – BRP will invest an additional 2.2 million euros (CAD
$3.3 million) to expand its Austrian facilities located in Gunskirchen, to meet increased demand for its
Rotax® engines. The investment will be used, in part, to enlarge the production area and optimize the
material flow, but also to build new offices, locker rooms, break rooms, and a fitness-centre for the

BRP-Rotax shelves its V6 aircraft engines project
Gunskirchen, Austria, November 13, 2006 – BRP-Rotax GmbH & Co. KG, an Austrian-based company, announces it will not go forward with the commercialization of its V6 aircraft engines but will continue to focus on its existing range of recreational aircraft engines, the 912 and 914 models. However, the company intends to complete the certification tests of the V6 aircraft engine by December 2006.
